How to Access Vista Virtual School

Welcome to Virtual School! The Vista Virtual school will be using Google Classroom ( as our online learning platform. This week is all about getting started and acclimated to our new virtual learning environment. The focus for our first two days will be setting up your devices, connecting to the internet, gathering login info, and logging in for the first time! By Wednesday 4/8, students should begin the “Day 1” lesson for Module 1. Students may log in at a time that is convenient for the family. While our students are busy adjusting to their new virtual classrooms, our teachers will be engaging in professional development to support the scale-up of Vista Virtual School. Students will not be required to “turn-in” the classwork from Module 1. Rather, we would like our students to focus on building their familiarity with the Google Classroom and accessing the lesson content. When we expand to Module 2, we will build on this learning and have students submit work. A digital learning journal has been assigned to each student in google classroom if they would like to record their work digitally.
