Welcome to Beaumont Elementary’s website. The objective of this webpage is to provide students, parents, and our community with easy access to a variety of information on our programs, policies, and activities.
It is with great pride and excitement that I write this message as the newly appointed Principal of Beaumont Elementary School. It is an honor and a privilege to have the opportunity to lead a school with such a rich tradition of education. Our school was instituted on the belief of diversity, equity, and access. We are a school that is truly a family, where all stakeholders are dedicated to our vision and mission. Beaumont has a phenomenal history of developing the whole child- academically, socially, and emotionally. We are committed to preparing all of our students to lead happy, healthy, and productive lives. Our goal is to have all students strive to become informed citizens who are prepared to participate in a culturally diverse society. Our school’s priority is to provide a safe learning environment where students are supported academically, emotionally, socially, and physically to reach their full potential. Beaumont Elementary is a great place to teach and learn! Our teachers are committed to a high quality learning experience focused on the individual needs of each child. We make every effort to be creative and innovative in our instruction to engage students in their learning through a variety of activities, applications of technology, and 21st Century skills. We are dedicated professionals and make great efforts to develop strong character in our students while providing a rigorous academic program. We use district adopted standards and curricula combined with effective instructional strategies to meet the needs of our diverse student population. We use continuous assessment and data to inform our instruction and develop learning goals for our students. In order to inspire and engage all students in learning, make meaningful connections, manage classroom behavior, improve student socialization, encourage students to take responsibility for their learning, and cultivate positive attitudes in their classroom we are committed to using The 8 Keys of Excellence. This year will continue to be one of growing, learning, and gaining new experiences.
On a personal note, I received my Bachelor’s Degree, Master's Degree and Administrative Services Credential from Cal State Northridge; and my Multiple Subject Credential from Cal State Bakersfield. I have been dedicated to the field of education for more than twenty years. I have worked with a variety of students in a variety of settings ranging in age from preschool through middle school and also adults. I am excited and eager to bring my skills as an educational leader to Beaumont Elementary School and work with you as a partner in education to ensure your child's success.
I am very proud of our dedicated staff and enthusiastic learners, and I’m pleased that you have chosen our school for your child’s education.
Beaumont is the place to be!
Your Proud Principal,
Cindy Queen
